4-Week Sports Prehab Programme
This programme is carefully designed to help reduce injury risk in sport and optimise performance. If you struggle with injury and have been advised to start Pilates to build core strength and improve flexibility, then this is the programme for you. With just 3 classes each week, this programme can be added to your training schedule and is the perfect active recovery on rest days.
Aoife’s knowledge as a Physiotherapist means this Programme is carefully and professionally designed to build strength in a safe way so you can perform at your best.
Week 1.
Class 1 – Sports Pilates 1
Class 2 – Hip & Glute Focus
Class 3 – 30-Minute Sports Stretch
Week 2.
Class 1 – Sports Pilates 2
Class 2 – 15-Minute Hip Mobility
Class 3 – Core & Hip Focus
Week 3.
