Traditional classes are your everyday go-to Pilates flow. Perfect for all beginners, these classes are designed to lengthen, strengthen and align. We take time in these classes to focus on technique and breathing. You’ll leave feeling connected within your body and relaxed within your mind.
Full Body Sculpt classes are our member favourite and Aoife’s signature class. They use Pilates equipment to challenge you with each exercise. They are designed to strengthen, lengthen and sculpt your body. You can expect to get your heart up, break a sweat and feel the deep Pilates burn.
Equipment: Hand weights (1-2kg), Pilates ball, ankle weights (0.5-1kg)
Barre Pilates takes inspiration from Ballet Barre. This style of class is low impact but it will lengthen, strengthen and keep you on your toes, literally! Expect an elegant but challenging full body workout that combines standing Barre exercises using your chair and Pilates based floor work on your mat.
TPP Strength classes use weights to challenge our Pilates. If you have been doing TPP classes for a while and would like more of a challenge, these classes are for you.
Focus on your form and technique and get ready to embrace the Pilates burn.
Cardio Burn is a faster paced class that combines Pilates and Cardio so you can expect to get your heart rate up. This is a whole body, challenging class that is perfect on days when you feel like you have lots of energy and would like to sweat.
TPP Stretch classes are the perfect way to release tension and improve mobility. Taking time to stretch is important and these classes are a gift to your body.
As a Physiotherapist and a new Mom, Aoife knows the importance of keeping fit and active during pregnancy, as well as the benefits of Pilates to reconnect with your body and help your recovery post pregnancy.
For Moms-to-be, TPP has pregnancy specific classes for your first, second and third trimesters, as well as a structured pregnancy Pilates programme. These classes help maintain your strength and mobility as you progress through your pregnancy, as well as preparing your body for labour.
Our Postnatal classes and structured programmes focus on strengthening the core & pelvic floor muscles as well as gently building whole body strength.

These classes are the perfect complement to your Pilates. They hone in on releasing tension in your body as well as calming the mind.
TPP’s Sports Pilates classes are carefully designed to help reduce injury risk in sport and optimise performance. If you struggle with injury and have been advised to start Pilates to build core strength and improve flexibility, then these are the classes for you. Aim to incorporate a couple of classes each week to your training schedule on rest days or as active recovery.

If you have been advised by your Dr or Physiotherapist to start Pilates, then here you will find the perfect classes for you. The focus of these classes is to build strength in your core, hips and glutes to support to your back. The classes will also incorporate gentle stretches to help release tension in the body.
